ABOUT THE MARCH 4TH MEETING STEAM EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATION…

Christopher Smith will present an educational program about STEAM Post 26 (www.post26.org).

STEAM is an acronym for Science Technology Engineering Art and Mathematics.

Post 26 features technology involving robotics. It is a youth-led, 4-H community based organization that relies on volunteers to mentor youth in all aspects of the design and engineering process and serve in numerous support roles.

Membership is open to public, private and homeschooled students in grades 4-12.

I have first hand knowledge that Post 26 is an impressive state of the art learning opportunity for all those involved.  Wireless radio technology plays an important role in robotics.  This opportunity to learn about the robotics based STEAM Post 26 activities will be exciting and worthwhile.  There will be refreshments and the whole March meeting will probably be a highlight of the year for our BAARC meetings.  This is one of our special meetings you will not want to miss.
