Program:  From Chirp to Cloud – Smarter Ways to Program Your Ham Radio

We will walk operators through today’s most useful software and mobile tools for managing, updating, and organizing their radios. The program highlights how CHIRP, manufacturer CPS suites, RT Systems, and cloud‑connected resources like RepeaterBook and RFinder streamline everything from building codeplugs to sharing club‑standard frequency lists. Attendees will see how these tools simplify backups, reduce programming errors, and make it easier to keep HTs and mobiles aligned for events, storm spotting, and everyday operation. The session is designed to be practical and hands‑on, giving both new and experienced hams a clear path to modern, reliable radio programming.

In lieu of our regular meeting, we will meeting at 6pm for our annual Christmas dinner at the 71st & Mingo Golden Corral.

At our last meeting, Broken Arrow Neighbors was selected as the charity this Christmas for those would like to make a donation on behalf of BAARC.  Donations can be made online or checks (made out to Broken Arrow Neighbors) or cash are welcome.  All proceeds will be given in their entirety to Broken Arrow Neighbors.
