Uses of Members Likeness
From time to time the organization may post photos and video from club sponsored events of members and guest. These photos and video will also be posted to the W5BBS facebook page even if the members and guest in the photos and videos are not facebook members. The photos also may appear in printed material used for promotion of the club and it’s activity. The videos may also be used for promotional purposes.
Use of Members Names and Call Signs
As a member of the Broken Arrow Amateur Radio your name and call sign will be listed on the website in the club roster. Also names and call signs will be used in articles and post as necessary.
Take Down Request
At any time you may request to have your information and likeness removed from the W5BBS wesite and facebook page by filling out the Take Down Request form below. Once your request is received it will be processed within 7 days and you will be contacted with the results.
